A great podcast for everybody that is confident with the english language is th duolingo podcast series. It is free and consists of interesting real life stories where the host and a guest take turns eyplaining the story. However, only the guest will talk in his native language while the host explains some of it in english. Great way for somebody with no experience to get a feel for a language. I have so far found one spanish and one french series and highly recommend them. Both are on spotify, iTunes etc.
