Those are just a few key phrases that appear when looking for a definition of Guerilla Marketing. Among marketers, it is often baptized as a creative marketing strategy that takes the consumer by surprise, makes an unforgettable impression, and creates copious amounts of social buzz. This is due to the fact that most guerrilla marketing campaigns aim to strike the consumer at a more personal and memorable level.

One may be familiar with ‘guerrilla warfare,’ a form of irregular warfare in which small groups of combatants, use military tactics including ambushes, sabotage, raids, and mobility, to fight a larger and less-mobile traditional military. Guerilla Marketing is nonviolent, yet resisting traditional marketing. It is forward-thinking and unconventional ideas fighting against mainstream advertisements.

Guerrilla marketing is an advertisement strategy concept designed for businesses to promote their products or services in an unconventional way and with little budget to spend. The emphasis here is on the little budget, however, more creativity. Guerrilla
