I did not know about this before reading your article but I find it very interesting. When I started intermediate fasting about half a year ago my biggest benefit long term has been to eat consciously.
I enjoy eating just as much so I do not feel stuffed and in fact I visited japanese restaurant more requently when going out as a coincidence.
However, I still have days where I wat way to much. Visiting Japan has long been on my bucket list, it is truly a fascinating culture in all regards (books, history, mindset, art, poetry) to me.
Thank you for the great insight into japanese culture, I would love to read more.
