I totally agree. I have a similar approach. Since I started IF around 8 months ago I do 16/8 from Mo-Fr and then skip it during the weekends. Like you I love my sunday breakfast and I would not want to skip it. IF allowed me to monitor my food intake in general which I believe is much more beneficial than sticking to some strict calorie number. Once you are conscious about your diet, you will find it much more easy to eat healthy, it comes natural. For me, IF should not be seen as a diet but as a part of a lifestyle that is to eat consciously.
