The climate Crisis needs a marketing strategy

For me, besides the obvious problem of reporting in politics, this has to be one of the most important questions we have to solve right now: How can we communicated the consequences of the climate crisis so people understand it. The last years have shown that statistics and science can not generate enough attention. The mass extinction of animals is also not enough. It Is hard for me to understand how people can be so ignorant about their future, but sadly many are just that.

Perhaps it is time to focus on human centered stories. We need to show the stories of real people who are already suffering from the climate crisis. We need movies and interviews with them in the mass media.

The climate crisis is already here and it is scientifically proven. Now it’s time to find a marketing strategy that unleashes it into the heads of the general masses. Only then can we build enough pressure for politicians to change their course
