Very insightful article! I especially liked the GAP theory behind it. One of the key takeaway I got from this article is that as a manager you have to constantly evolve your leading style. Sure you can just learn leading by trial and error but using the vast resources of the internet one can accelerate his development and become a better leader more quickly. Some times it just helps reading about it.
