Post Corona — German Football will rise to the top.

With a respectable age of 35, it’s questionable how many more years we will enjoy watching C. Ronaldo play. Yet, judging his current fitness, he may still witness the makeover of European Football — to the favor of Germany.

German Football may not have the weather in Spain, nor does it have the backings of investors in England. However, one of the consistent conflicts in Football is its business side — with all the greed and growth it breeds — and its social surroundings. The right balance of business and social setting will assist Germany to become the key player in Football.

In general, footballers are becoming more intelligent — or at least their agents and managers are. I, therefore, trust that future contract deals will contain more than numbers. Unlike before, Football deals will carry the argument for the country’s quality of life, not only for the players but their family, too. Think beyond the obvious. For footballers, certainly, housing will be secured. Taxes (somehow) reduced. Instead, the ‘intangible,’ perhaps decisions the government hasn’t even made yet, will be more thrilling.
